Privacy Policy

Tolz.me provides free browser-based Discord tools. Most utilities run entirely in your browser without sending your input to our servers. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible.

This site uses cookies and third-party services for analytics, advertising, spam protection, and optional Discord login. You can accept or reject optional cookies through the banner on your first visit or via Cookie settings in the footer.

Tool input. Text or IDs you paste into a tool are usually processed locally in your browser. Some tools (such as Discord ID lookup) send a numeric ID to our server so we can query Discord’s API on your behalf.

Usage data. If you accept optional cookies, we use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to collect pages visited, browser type, device type, and approximate region. This helps us understand which tools are useful and fix problems.

Contact messages. If you use the contact form, we receive the information you choose to send (name, email address, message content) via your email client.

Discord profile data. If you choose Connect Discord on the profile viewer, we receive your Discord profile details (avatar, username, bio, pronouns) through Discord OAuth for display during your session.

Basic tools on Tolz.me do not require an account, email address, or payment details. Do not submit passwords, private keys, or sensitive personal data unless a specific tool page clearly explains why it is needed.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We also use local storage to remember your cookie consent choice. You can change your choice anytime using Cookie settings in the footer.

Google Analytics runs on every visit to help us measure traffic and improve tools. Google AdSense loads only if you click Accept all. If you choose Reject ads, advertising cookies stay disabled while analytics continues.

Where GDPR applies, we rely on the following bases:

• Consent — personalized advertising (Google AdSense).
• Legitimate interests — site security, abuse prevention, Google Analytics traffic measurement, and cookieless analytics via Vercel Analytics to keep the service running.
• Contract / service delivery — essential cookies needed when you choose to connect Discord or complete a login flow.

• Vercel Analytics — privacy-focused, cookieless page-view analytics hosted by our deployment provider.
• Google reCAPTCHA — bot protection on the contact form. See Google Privacy Policy.
• Discord — OAuth login and API lookups when you use profile viewer or ID lookup features. See Discord Privacy Policy.

Analytics data is kept only as long as needed for reporting and security, according to each provider’s policies. Contact emails are kept long enough to respond and handle follow-ups. Discord session cookies expire when you disconnect or when the token expires.

• Clear site data or cookies in your browser at any time.
• If GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to object or withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We are based outside the European Economic Area. Third-party providers such as Google, Vercel, and Discord may process data in the United States and other countries. Those providers use appropriate safeguards where required by law.

Tolz.me is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in some EU countries). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date below changes when we do. Continued use of Tolz.me after an update means you accept the revised policy.
